Nestlé eyes more customer engagement


Jeroen Pluijmers, regional head of Nestlé Professional Asia, Oceania and Africa, cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony of Nestlé Professional Shanghai Customer Engagement Center.

Nestlé's food service unit Nestlé Professional has launched a customer engagement center in Shanghai and is eyeing to open two more facilities in Guangzhou and Chengdu in the future with the booming food and catering business.

The 30-member team of chef and barrister are to develop new food services solutions for caterers seeking to diversify and adjust their menu based on Nestlé's existing culinary products and would also serve as a training center for Nestlé's own catering professionals to develop new products and new applications.
